REVIEW: Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation for Relaxation, Sleep

While perusing the newsgroups over the weekend (yeah, people still use those), I came across a posting about a "Free MP3" and quite nearly passed it by as what I call a Spam or Scam. When I saw the words meditation and Yoga Nidra though, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did.

Tim Rowe's Yoga Nidra Meditation lasts just under 47 minutes and it is perfect for beginners and seasoned meditation aficianados alike. His voice is soothing and relaxing and the content is straight forward and easy to understand. Did I mention it is free?

In order to get to the download, you'll have to supply an email address.

NOTE: Rather than risk your main inbox falling prey to spammers I recommend that you get a free email account that is dedicated to such things as newsletter subscriptions and other such online randomania. I'm not implying that Mr. Rowe is a spammer in any way, I'm just using this situation to illustrate an important point.

Overall, for cost (FREE), convenience (VERY), and overall life-benefit (GOOD), I give Tim Rowe's Yoga Nidra Meditation 4 out of 5 lifepoints.
